Service & scope
Zyldonera provides browser-based access to curated HTML5 games and related site features (“Service”). We
don’t require user accounts. These Terms apply whenever you visit, play a game frame we present, or use
site features such as preferences, search, and recommendations.
Access & availability
The Service is provided “as available.” Short interruptions may occur for maintenance, content updates,
or network issues. We may modify, suspend, or remove games or features at any time to maintain safety,
comply with law, or improve performance.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful personal entertainment. Do not: (a) bypass or interfere with security or
content filters; (b) scrape or mass-download game files; (c) inject ads, malware, or trackers; (d)
harass other users or publishers; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer site code beyond what is permitted by
mandatory law. If you’re under the age required for consent in your country (16 in Germany), use the
Service with parental guidance.
Games, embeds & third-party content
Some titles are hosted or served by third parties. When a game loads from an external server, your
browser shares technical signals (e.g., IP, device type) with that provider so the game can run. We
curate but do not control third-party code, uptime, or updates. External links are provided for
convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Intellectual property
Site text, UI, and curation are owned by Zyldonera or its licensors. Games remain the property of their
respective owners and are presented under license or terms that allow embedding/playing. You receive a
limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and play via your browser. Do not copy, rehost,
modify, or resell game assets unless expressly permitted by the rights holder.
Privacy & data use
We collect a minimal technical and analytics set to operate and improve the Service. Details appear in
our Privacy Policy. Where consent is required (e.g., optional cookies), features will remain off until
you opt in, and you can change choices at any time.
Warranty disclaimer & liability limit
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Zyldonera
is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost data, revenue, or time). For claims
not excluded by law, our aggregate liability is limited to €50. These terms do not limit liability for
intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where such limits are unlawful.
Changes, termination & governing law
We may update these Terms to reflect technical, legal, or business changes. Material updates will be
signposted on-site with a new effective date. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend
access for violations of these Terms or legal risk. These Terms are governed by German law (excluding
conflict-of-law rules). If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your habitual
residence also apply. Courts of Hamburg, Germany, have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
